 Please put your cell phones completely out of sight for the FULL duration of the class.  Please do not have me remind you of this. NOTE: Please bring a book to class vs. reading a book on your phone.

Assignments for 1984 -- I gave you a Reading Response Journal to record details from the novel.  For each reading assignment, you will record three parts that caught your attention.  NOTE:  Keep up with the assignments. Have this Response Journal with you each day in class.


For homework you read Chapter One of Part 2 and recorded three parts.  You now have 27 entries. PLEASE CLEARLY LABEL PART TWO.

Homework:  Read Chapter Two (of Part Two) and record three parts.
