Ebert: The Essential Man" -- we will finish reading this today. What
we are doing as we read this text is taking note not only of what the
writer is saying but the purpose of what is being said.
*Annotate as we read -- be
sure to take notes on your copy of the text as we read. You will be
writing an essay on the value of life, so you will want to have notes to
refer back to since you will be discussing what this writer has said.
HOMEWORK: Start making your selection of an independent reading book for the start of the new semester (next Monday).
