" FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Guide for College or Work"

Good Morning!

Please get your assigned netbook when you arrive. 
It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves.

1.  Independent Reading -- Please have your independent reading book out and read for approximately 10 minutes.  BOOK REVIEWS are due on GOODREADS Monday, October 12th.  I will give you time on Friday to work on your review.  While you are working on your book review, it would be a good time for me to check your WRITER'S JOURNAL.  Please be sure to have it available, as it should be anyway!

NOTE:  Senior Quote -- You may turn it into me, and I will deliver it to Ms. Fulcher.   DUE BY OCT 14 but turn it in sooner!

2.  Activity #20 -- Refer to this activity and read "FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Guide for College or Work" (handout).  Today you will continue doing some research on either the questions that you have about attending college or careers.  You will be developing 10 FAQ and short answers to these questions.  These questions will be recorded in your WRITER'S JOURNAL.  In addition, please make a separate copy on a piece of paper that I will collect tomorrow.  Many of you will want to use the following links:
